Hosted by Melbourne Victory Chairman John Dovaston and Directors, The Melbourne Victory Chairman’s Function, powered by AGL, offers the opportunity to socialise and network with leaders of sport and entertainment.

Enjoy a first class dining experience complimented by a range of premium culinary partners as each week we welcome a myriad of special guests from the football world.

Please find below some important information regarding our Chairman’s Function’s this season.

Chairman’s Function Fixture

See below for our home games and the match start time. Please note that the Chairman’s Function starts 2 hours prior to kick-off and will conclude 30 minutes post match.


RSVP

To RSVP your acceptance to The Chairman’s Function, you will need to accept via the invitation. The accept button will take you to a form which will require you to fill in;

– Your full name
– How many guests will be attending (as per your allocation)
– Any dietary requirements
– The full guest list of names can be provided after your submission

 

Guest Lists

Ahead of each game we will require your guests’ full name to add them to our guest list.

Please ensure you provide this information when booking as well as:
– if you or your guests have any special dietary requirements
– if children are a part of your booking and if so, their age and whether they require a children’s meal

 

Chairman’s Function Ticketing

Chairman’s Function ticketing will be provided via email this season.

Guests will be emailed a digital pass of their ticket that can be added to an Apple or Andorid Wallet and scanned on your mobile device at the gate. The ticket will also include any relevant information such as key timings, dress code and location of the function room.

Ticketing will be sent to the group host in the week leading up to the game. Please see below an example of the ticket you will recieve



Dress Code

The dress code for the Chairman’s Function is strictly Corporate Attire.


AAMI Park Map and Function Room Access

Access to the Chairman’s Function is through Gate 4; take the lifts to Level 2 and you will access the Olympic Room.
